Aboniki Balm, 25g

Aboniki Balm is a proven, safe and effective herbal ointment which helps soothe sore and aching muscles. Aboniki Balm can be used by adults and children over 2 years. Rubbing the balm on the skin at the painful area stimulates the circulation and causes a warming sensation to provide relief from aches and pains.

Benefits of Aboniki Balm

  • Non-greasy
  • Soothing fragrance
  • Effective herbal relief from aches and pains

How does Aboniki Balm Work?

Aboniki Balm generates penetrating warmth in aching, injured and sore muscles. Aboniki Balm can be used before or after exercise and contains ingredients that provide pain-relief plus heat. Heat therapy helps to increase blood supply to relax and soothe.

Heat therapy application can help provide lower back pain and arthritis relief through several mechanisms:

  • Heat therapy dilates the blood vessels of the muscles surrounding the lumbar spine. This process increases the flow of oxygen and nutrients to the muscles, helping to heal the damaged tissue.
  • Heat stimulates the sensory receptors in the skin, which means that applying heat to the lower back will decrease transmissions of pain signals to the brain and partially relieve the discomfort.
  • Heat application facilitates stretching the soft tissues around the spine, including muscles, connective tissue, and adhesions. Consequently, with heat therapy, there will be a decrease in stiffness as well as injury, with an increase in flexibility and overall feeling of comfort. Flexibility is very important for a healthy back
