How to Use
BEFORE & DURING PREGNANCY:
TWO 5ML TEASPOONSFUL PER DAY.

Do not exceed the recommended intake. Excessive consumption may produce laxative effects.
You can take Pregnacare during all stages of your pregnancy. This comprehensive formula replaces other Pregnacare multivitamins. There is no need to take an additional multivitamin.

Before and during pregnancy take two x 5ml teaspoonsful of Pregnacare Liquid per day (10ml total). A 5ml spoon is included in the pack. Each 200ml bottle provides 20 days supply.
Vitamin A?
Pregnacare does not contain any vitamin A in the multivitamin liquid which has been carefully formulated specially for pregnancy to contain a moderate (non-excessive) level of betacarotene (provided as natural mixed carotenoids) instead of vitamin A. Betacarotene (pro-retinol) is converted into vitamin A naturally by the body as required, and is safe and suitable for pregnancy.

This product is designed for women of child-bearing age. The beneficial effect is obtained with a supplemental folic acid daily intake of 400µg for at least one month before and up to three months after conception.
